Alloy 6xxx series:
Alloy 6xxx series is known as alloy of Al, Mg and Si and common used alloy is 6061, 6063, 6101, 6151 and 6262.
1. Alloy 6061 is typical corrosion resistant one and can apply heat treatment. T6 treatment can empower high resistance values to 6061 alloy but dissolves the interface strength.
2. Alloy 6063 as representative alloy extrusion, the strength is lower than 6061 but good extrusion ability can make the shape of cross section shape of complex material.
