GB/T 4437.1-2000 standard UNS A91200 1200 Alloy aluminum sheet for food and chemical industries
Aluminium / aluminum 1xxx series possesses 99% (min) purity. Aluminium / aluminum 1200 alloy is a wrought alloy with high thermal conductivity and reflectivity, and good corrosion resistance.
The following datasheet will provide more details about aluminium / aluminum 1200 alloy.
Aluminium / aluminum 1200 alloy is readily weldable by MIG and TIG methods. The commonly used filler metals are aluminium / aluminum 1050 and 4043 alloys. Inert gas welding is more suitable than gas or resistance welding as the resultant product is stronger and more corrosion resistant. This alloy has very good workability.
The following table shows the chemical composition of aluminium / aluminum 1200 alloy.
